Marisela Fleites
Flamenco is a complex art form that requires a deep understanding of its rich socio-cultural history, its diverse body of rhythms, the correlation between the singing, the music and the dancing, as well as mastering the complex coordination of footwork, arms, hand, head, body movements. All classes will focus on exposing the students to all of these elements, while learning choreographies appropriate for the different levels. Her dedication to her students, her love and passion for this art form, make her classes very encouraging and fun. Ms. Fleites is the founder and director of Sabor Flamenco, the Flamenco resident company of TUPAC and the only comprehensive Flamenco program in South Puget Sound.
