
Lily Menendez
Liliana Menéndez was born in Matanzas, Cuba. She began her studies at the Vocational School of Art Alfonso Perez Isaac, continuing them in the National School of Ballet Fernando Alonso. In 2013, she graduated as a dancer and teacher of ballet and joined the cast of the National Ballet of Cuba.
Her repertoire includes: Giselle, Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Sleeping Beauty, Nutcracker, Coppélia and the Paquita grand pas. She has also participated in pieces such as Michel Fokine’s La Sylphide; Prologue to a tragedy by Brian McDonald; Tula, Impromptu Lecuona, In the light of your songs, Pictures in an exhibition, Shakespeare and his masks, Threshold and In the shadows of a waltz by Alicia Alonso; Dionea by Cuban choreographer Gustavo Herrera; I, you, he she and The story by Ely Regina Hernández; Time of Danzón and Cuba inside a piano by Eduardo Blanco and in the spectacle The magic of the Dance.
In 2016 she joined Acosta Danza and since then she has danced with the company in Europe, the United States and South America.
Children’s Advanced (3-6 years and potty trained):
$115 per month for a 10 month period totaling $1,115 with $35 mandatory registration fee. We offer scholarships so match the needs of our students and can fill it out upon registration.

Nyah Hart
Nyah is a seasoned dancer, musician, and choreographer with over 16 years of experience. Raised in Washington state, she has had countless opportunities to perform and study in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Canada, Chicago, and New York. From ballet and jazz to tap and hip hop, her talents have been utilized for local Seattle musicians’ music videos and backup dancing for more well known artists. Nyah has also been recognized for her skills as a choreographer at various dance competitions. As a musician herself, she found ease and enjoyment most with tap dancing and loves to continue educating others of the historical significance it has had in her community. In her free time, Nyah voluntarily coaches a special needs cheer team in Olympia and enjoys helping out at Special Olympics events. Nyah is also an active competitor in the Miss America Opportunity. More recently, she has been given many opportunities at the Lakewood Playhouse as both an actress and a choreographer for their recent productions of “For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When The Rainbow Is Enuf”, “HadesTown” teen edition, and more in their upcoming season.
